Assaad Elouafi is a materials physicist specializing in the design, synthesis, and characterization of advanced functional materials, including perovskites, ferrites, hexaferrites, pyrochlores, and nanostructured oxides. He has strong expertise in synthesis techniques such as sol–gel, ceramic route, co-precipitation, and hydrothermal methods, with particular focus on structure–property relationships. His research covers magnetic, optical, and multifunctional materials for energy and environmental applications. Dr. Elouafi is skilled in advanced characterization techniques including XRD, VSM, SQUID, Mössbauer spectroscopy, UV–Vis analysis, and mechanical testing. He is experienced in mentoring graduate and PhD students, supervising research projects, and leading experimental development from concept to peer-reviewed publication.
